1. O my God and my all, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, in imitation of and in union with our Lord Jesus Christ, who in the incarnation assumed the form of a servant, grant that I may be the servant of all.

2. May I be all things to all men, in order to attract and unite all men to you, and to serve them all in their relationships with you, thus I may be an image and likeness of you for all men, my God and my all!

3. With this in mind, I consecrate myself to be a servant of the whole Church, servant of the angels, servant of the saints, servant of the souls in purgatory, servant of the diocesan and religious clergy, the servant of all.

4. Make me the servant of the Holy Father, the Pope, a servant of the bishops, our pastors, a servant of St. Joseph, a servant of Mary, a servant of Jesus Christ, the man - God, and a servant of the Trinity in its operations and persons.

5. I consecrate myself to the direct and explicit demonstration of internal and external esteem and reverence for all my neighbours, as if they were my master and lord, and to obey all of them ordinarily as my master.

6. What is the deepest need that should be met, the greatest desire that should be satisfied, for mankind, for the clergy, and the Church, if not a saint and a priest, essential to every soul and to every work?

7. With your grace, I consecrate myself to spending my life doing everything possible to engender in myself and those you choose, this divine vocation of universal service.

8. Grant me the perfection of this extraordinary spirit of humility and love, this effort and commitment to universal service, this ministration of mercy and love.

9. Grant that I may unite myself to you and become like you, o my Jesus in the Eucharist. You made yourself all things to all men: teacher and friend, son and victim, and food; you have given everything to all men; name, blood, heart, value and life.
