1. O my God and my all, Father, Son and Holy Spirit! I adore you in your divine being, infinite, eternal, immense, immutable, living, thinking, loving, and acting.

2. Since life must be consumed, and with the passing of time all creatures deteriorate, I want my life consumed in your sacred fire, in the Holy Family, in the Church, and in the service of God and souls.

3. With your grace, and in your image and likeness, I want to be, must be, and can be, in proportion, more active, and I consecrate myself to laboriosity at all times.

4. I abandon myself in you, knowing well that I will not find in you false rest or inaction, the false peace of nothingness, the false calm of idleness, but, instead I will find the full employment of all my faculties to a higher degree.

5. I consecrate myself to the most intense and continuous manual work, teaching and preaching, productions and ministries, organizations and instructions, and, above all holy meditation.

6. I consecrate myself to intense laboriosity as the first and greatest penance that you, o infinite wisdom and goodness, taught humanity after its original sin.

7. I consecrate myself to “laboriosity” in order to better imitate your holy family and to better grasp the life of the Church and also to better cooperate with your indwelling grace.

8. In “laboriosity”, I shall do my purgatory on earth, so that I may be admitted into heaven soon after my death. In “laboriosity”, I will find my earthly paradise as a continuous anticipation and foretaste of the celestial paradise.

9. O my God, grant that all my prayers may be cherubic acts in knowing you, seraphic acts in loving you, and apostolic acts in making you known and loved; grant that my prayer may be like a well planned work in its objective, a decisive battle against the enemy.
